How is the package price calculated?

Each package has a rate per square foot of construction — from ₹1,550 (Budget) to ₹2,250 (Imperia). Multiply the rate by your total construction area for an indicative cost; your final quotation is based on your approved drawings.

What is the difference between the packages?

The structure standards stay strong across all packages. Higher packages upgrade brands and allowances — steel and cement brands, main door, flooring, sanitary ware, switches, windows and the drawings included. Use the comparison table on the Packages page to see every difference.

Which steel and cement brands do you use?

Budget to Basic Plus use Radha, Shree, JaiRaj or Kamdhenu TMT with Bharathi, Coromandel or Zuari cement (or equivalent). Classic and above use Vizag or JSW TMT with UltraTech or ACC cement.

Are design and drawings included?

Yes. Every package includes the architectural layout and structural design. 3D elevations are included from the Basic package, electrical drawings from Premium, plumbing drawings from Royal and a furniture plan in Imperia.

What does “sanitary ware up to ₹X per 1000 sq.ft” mean?

It is the allowance for sanitary ware and CP fittings for every 1000 sq.ft of construction — for example ₹30,000 in the Budget package and ₹80,000 in Imperia. You choose fittings within that allowance.
